Staff Serving our church, our community and most importantly our Lord is one of the joys that we experince in life. We can be no more like Christ when we choose to serve people. There are far too many people to mention that give of their time and talents to care for others so the biggest part of our servers is our church family itself.
Senior Pastor
My name is John Racioppa and I am the Pastor here at WFBC. My wife Shelly and I have three children, Emilee, Mollie and John Luke. We also have two great sons-in-law as well and a grandson born in Dec. 2022. God led my family and I to WFBC in April, 2010. My wife and I grew up in Texas and we both were raised in preachers’ homes. We have spent over three decades serving God in the full-time ministry in 4 different states. I love being around people and find all areas of ministry fulfilling. I enjoy teaching the Word of God in a way that is compelling, life changing and often humorous by interjecting my own personal life stories. My desire is first and foremost to see people saved and then to help Christ followers understand that God's Word is not an ancient, out of date book of stories but real and applicable to each life today. I enjoy spending time with my family, working outside and hunting...anywhere and anything. Oh I almost forgot, I am a HUGE fan of the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers and Texas barbeque!
Youth Pastor
Hello, my name is Jonathan Porter and I started as the Youth Pastor at WFBC in July 2022. I am happily married to Halee and we were blessed with a son, Hugh, on February 10, 2020. We have attended WFBC since 2018. I love spending time with family, having adventures and being outdoors. I enjoy music, water, fishing and sports. I received the gift of salvation in 2017 and have experienced God's blessings like never before. My passion has always been serving with youth. Before becoming the Youth Pastor, I spent seven years as a teacher and basketball coach. Two of those years I was the FCA huddle leader/coach at my school. I felt a calling from the Lord for some time and finally answered that call on May 2022. After praying, there is no doubt that WFBC is where I need to be. I am beyond excited to see where God takes me and the youth as we continue to grow!
Office Manager
Hi, I'm Rhonda Anderson and I am the Office Manager at WFBC. My husband, Ernie, and I became members here in 2020. I am honored to serve at church in this capacity. I enjoy spending time outside with my husband and our two dachshunds.
Children's Minister

I am Shanelle Ducommun the children's minister here at our wonderful church. I'm thrilled to be a part of your children's lives, being a vessel to help guide them toward Christ.
I myself accepted Christ as my Savior at a young age in the jungles of Panama where my parents still serve as missionaries. I am from Northern Ireland, but Panama is where I grew up in a missionary boarding school.
I have since lived in four different countries, married my husband Jonnie at 20, had two amazing boys Elliot & Levi right after; and was a stay at home momma for 12 years where I learned many skills, & continued to grow my heart for God & children.
I am currently an artist on the side & love to do everything with my guys whether it be painting, spelunking, serving our church, hunting, being in nature, playing games or just hanging out together.
